Assumptions
 
(1) Time savings for actual work on site is minimal. Most savings are gained in non-
      work related time.

(2) Drive time will be reduced by better scheduling and routing of jobs.

(3) Other down time includes returning to the shop for unanticipated materials or       information, and lost time caused by lack of information about the job in the field.

(4) Data Support Staff perform jobs including, plotting paper maps and drawings for
      field crew use and inputting or updating field records and databases once job is
      complete. Savings are achieved by automating most of these functions on site by
      the FFA-equipped field technician.
